Steve was very good at communicating with us. We never bought land before and he was available for calls, questions and concerns. Settlement was organized well and we look forward to working with him again when we are ready to sell our home!

The Herrs sent us many properties that were available in the area in which we wanted to live. We toured a few of the homes and found one we liked rather quickly. The process was quick, easy, and painless. Communication was thorough and prompt. We were given a mortgage contact who offered a great rate and a very easy process. Closing was on time with no glitches. I almost can't believe how easy it all was. The agents were very personable, friendly, and helpful. We recommend them (and have already) to others looking to buy or sell.

Katie was absolutely amazing during my search for the right home. She was ultra-responsive, seemingly regardless of what time I messaged her. She was wonderfully accommodating with showings, tacking on additional homes when they popped up and we wanted to see them. When we finally saw the home we wanted, she was willing, in the late evening, to drive an hour away from her home to make sure we could see it in the craziness of the 2020 market. And above all, she was kind and respectful. She knew this was our decision to make, and didn't pressure us or make us jump through any unnecessary hoops. If I had to do this all over again (oh gosh please don't make me) I would absolutely choose Katie for the entire experience.

Katie was detail oriented, always put our best interests first, handled every question with care. Sometimes I felt as if I should pay her more for being my psychiatrist as well! She worked well with our lender and the seller's agent. She help line up a water company for us, as it was our first experience with well water, and helped us know who to call and when to call them! I would and will recommend her to everyone I know!

Katie was the best realtor I could have hoped for. She made the daunting business of navigating the market as stress free and fun as possible. Katie is bubbly and optimistic but also honest and realistic, which is a very important trait (in my humble opinion). As a first time home buyer, I 100% needed that honesty, lest I be swept up in my expensive fantasies. She helped me find my HOME, not just a house to live in. She made my dream of finding my family our forever a reality and I am ever grateful for her efforts. Katie is a smart negotiator, she's down to earth, she's the real deal. 10/10 would recommend!
