Meet Katie Hall

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I served over 10 years in the education field.  I have extensive experience in problem solving and superior skills in multi-tasking, time management, organization, and attention to detail.  Having a background in education has given me the ability to truly teach my clients the process of buying or selling a home so they are confident and informed throughout the transaction.

Open communication with my clients is key to their success.  From our first meeting, I sit back and listen to their wants and needs, taking the time to fully understand their unique situation and goals.  Whether buying or selling, this process can be overwhelming, so I stay in constant contact with them.  My clients know that I am ALWAYS available for questions or concerns.

I spent the majority of my life living in York County.  When my husband became the Athletic Director for Solanco School District, we made the move to Lancaster County with our two children and it quickly felt like home!  This move was my first experience both selling a home and buying a home, and I was confused, frustrated, and overwhelmed throughout the entire process.  Although I was frustrated, I was also intrigued with all of the moving parts of a transaction.  This experience defined my passion for real estate and is what led to me becoming a REALTOR®.

As a REALTOR®, I am blessed to be able to help clients buy and sell residential real estate throughout Pennsylvania.  It is important to me that my clients never feel as overwhelmed and ill-informed as I did, which is why I place such a high value on educating my clients to ensure they understand each step and every detail.
