Katie was so easy to work with and helped us find a home that met our criteria and that we love! She actually set up a showing for us on the house we bought before we even were able to get back to her to confirm, because she knew that we would love it and that it would go fast. Katie spent a lot of time with us, and was patient with us as a we looked at a lot of houses. We were able to communicate openly with her, and ultimately her attention to our criteria and knowledge of the market helped us get the home we wanted at a price that we wanted.

I cannot put into words just how wonderful Katie is! From the first day I reached out about Katie possibly being our realtor, she was 100% dedicated. She is knowledgeable, professional, & kind hearted.. but is also not afraid to stand her ground when need be. Katie kept us updated constantly & was quick to respond throughout the ENTIRE process. Katie never made us feel like a bother to her (no matter how dumb I knew some of the questions were that we threw at her!) Thank you, Katie for all you've done! You were a God send!
