Steve was recommended by a mutual friend/neighbor. We were pleased with his help and especially enjoyed how friendly he is. Connie gave us suggestions on staging our home and Amanda, a member of the Steve Herr Team was wonderful when she hosted an open house for us!

Katie was a delight to work with! She went above and beyond on helping me with the purchase of my forever home, especially when it came to reaching out to the original builder to ask them to take care of some items that showed up on the inspection list! This additional initiative that Katie did helped with the sale/purchase of this home and both the seller and myself were over the moon with the hard work and outcome Katie was able to get for us! She was super responsive and always was willing to take care of my needs as a dual agent! I highly recommend Katie for the sale or purchase of your home!

Katie was so easy to work with and helped us find a home that met our criteria and that we love! She actually set up a showing for us on the house we bought before we even were able to get back to her to confirm, because she knew that we would love it and that it would go fast. Katie spent a lot of time with us, and was patient with us as a we looked at a lot of houses. We were able to communicate openly with her, and ultimately her attention to our criteria and knowledge of the market helped us get the home we wanted at a price that we wanted.

I cannot put into words just how wonderful Katie is! From the first day I reached out about Katie possibly being our realtor, she was 100% dedicated. Katie was responsive and respectful of our budget and non-negotiables. She was patient as we waited to find just the right house for us. She never pushed us to do anything we were uncomfortable with. She was understanding of the fact that our children were our priority even through the buying and selling process so we often connected after the kids' bedtime. She got to know what was most important to us. Katie gave us the most thoughtful gifts at closing for both us and our children. We would definitely recommend Katie to locals looking to buy and/or sell.
