Lower Salford's Historic "Dielman Kolb" house is for sale. Placed in the Pennsylvania Historical Registry in 1972, this house dates back to at least 1717. The Dielman Kolb house is a Germanic Style structure and was built after he purchased the 150 acres in 1717. Through time the house now sits on 2.5 acres. There may have been a pond on-site that has overgrown with cattails, but could be stunning if properly dug out. There is also a very small creek that runs through the property. The first major attempt to restore the house to it's origins date back to the early 1970's.
