Public Remarks: A beautiful 2 bedroom home with panoramic views, beautifully landscaped, although you can not see it with the snow on the ground, the lot is surrounded by farmland and has very low taxes at $2,244/Year. This wooded private lot of 1.69 acres was split off family farm in 1974. The owner then put a 1974 mobile home 14 Ft. x 70 Ft.(all copper wiring) on this lot.
